An Evening of Inspiration with Herbert Holdefer at Retail Insights

[en] Yesterday, June 20th, we held another edition of Retail Insights featuring Herbert Holdefer from Office 134. Retail Insights is a space for conversations about topics related to Retail Design projects. We have already hosted incredible people such as Mila Strauss (from MM18), Junior Abreu (from Grupo Boticário), Fernando Montanari (from Nestlé), and Herbert Holdefer (from Office 134). Each brought unique and inspiring perspectives.

This initiative is a partnership between the Retail Design Institute and the Istituto Europeo di Design, aiming to bring new ideas, inspirations, and connect people passionate about retail design. Our audience is quite eclectic, composed of around 40 to 50 people, including students, architects, designers, and retailers.

Yesterday, Herbert inspired us with his creative processes in iconic projects in the gastronomy segment, including internationally awarded restaurants like Casa do Porco. It was exciting to see his unique creative process, and the attendees could understand how he manages his projects and team, in addition to showcasing success cases.

O Retail Insights é um espaço dedicado a conversas sobre temas relacionados a projetos de Retail Design. Já recebemos pessoas incríveis como Mila Strauss (do escritório MM18), Junior Abreu (do Grupo Boticário), Fernando Montanari (da Nestlé) e Herbert Holdefer (do Office 134). Cada um trouxe perspectivas únicas e inspiradoras.

Essa iniciativa é uma parceria entre o Retail Design Institute e o Istituto Europeo di Design, buscando trazer novas ideias, inspirações e conectar pessoas apaixonadas por retail design. Nosso público é bem eclético, composto por cerca de 40 a 50 pessoas, incluindo estudantes, arquitetos, designers e varejistas.

Ontem, Herbert nos inspirou com seus processos de criação em projetos icônicos no segmento de gastronomia, incluindo restaurantes internacionalmente premiados como a Casa do Porco. Foi empolgante ver seu processo único de criação e os presentes puderam entender como ele faz a gestão dos seus projetos e equipe, além de mostrar cases de sucesso.
