On November 8, 2022, the Institute’s Canada Chapter invited guests to mingle and socialize at its NEW TO NETWORKING event.
Design students and recent graduates from colleges and universities from the Greater Toronto Area, or anyone who
was new to the retail industry were invited to join us for an evening of food and drinks, meet the Canada Chapter board members while having a behind-the-scenes tour of PIDDI DESIGN‘s headquarters and facilities.
This event also coincided with the launch of the Chapter’s first annual student design competition: The Future of Retail Spaces.
Five lucky students won a full one-year student membership, generously donated by Brian Dyches, RDI Principal/ Founder of Ensemble Business Group.
Last but not least, on behalf of everyone on the Canada Chapter board, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the leadership team and staff at PIDDI DESIGN for hosting such a wonderful event. Without their contribution, this event would not have been a success. PIDDI DESIGN is a leader in creating and producing fixtures for retail, exhibitions, and other environments, working with such brands as Gucci, Mejuri, Burberry, Marc Jacobs, and Mercedes across the Globe.
