🇺🇸 Bringing NRF to São Paulo: Insights for Retail Design

On February 13th, the Retail Design Institute Brazil gathered around 50 designers, architects, and retail professionals for a special event in São Paulo.


The goal? To share the perspectives and key takeaways from those who attended NRF 2025 in person—the world’s largest retail trade show—translating these insights into the realities of our market and the world of retail design.


We explored technology, immersive experiences, new store formats, and the growing need for coherence between brand, product, and space. More than just observing innovations, our focus was on understanding how these transformations can be applied in practice, adapting them to different scales and business contexts.


At Retail Design Institute Brazil, we believe that design is a strategic pillar of retail and that fostering dialogue between professionals strengthens the industry. Events like this are essential to encourage debate and prepare the market for upcoming challenges and opportunities.

Na última terça-feira, dia 13 de fevereiro, o Retail Design Institute Brasil reuniu cerca de 50 designers, arquitetos e profissionais do varejo para um encontro especial em São Paulo.


O objetivo? Compartilhar as visões e aprendizados de quem esteve presencialmente na NRF 2025, a maior feira de varejo do mundo, traduzindo essas tendências para o nosso mercado e para o universo do retail design.


Discutimos tecnologia, experiência imersiva, novos formatos de loja e a crescente necessidade de coerência entre marca, produto e espaço. Mais do que apenas observar inovações, buscamos entender como essas transformações podem ser aplicadas na prática, considerando diferentes escalas e realidades.


O Retail Design Institute Brasil acredita que o design é um pilar estratégico do varejo e que a troca de experiências entre profissionais fortalece o setor. Eventos como esse são essenciais para fomentar o debate e preparar o mercado para os desafios e oportunidades que estão por vir.
