New England Chapter Election Results for the 2023/2025 Term

Members of the New England Chapter have elected new leaders for the term beginning November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2025.

Catherine Keywan, RDI, has been re-elected to the position of Chapter President for a second term. She is a Senior Interior Designer at Bergmeyer and has been an active member of the Retail Design Institute since 2015.

"It has been a highlight of my career to be your New England Chapter president for the past two years. We bounced back from the pandemic strong with sold-out events including store tours and presentations at award-winning stores throughout Boston, speakers sharing design innovations, glasses clinked at networking events, students engaged at the PAVE collaboration, and getting back to Providence for the first time in years. I am so proud to represent the New England design community, connecting like-minded professionals who are passionate about retail design," said Keywan. "Thank you, New England Members, for your endless support. I look forward to continuing our partnership and providing educational, insightful, and engaging events to our retail design community into 2024/25."

Amanda Johnson, RDI, is the new Vice President. She is a Design Manager at Gensler and has been a member of the Institute since 2018. Prior to her election to the role of Vice President, Amanda served as the New England Chapter's Membership Coordinator.

Ellen Ford, Trade RDI, was re-elected to the position of Chapter Secretary. She is a Sales Representative at Momentum Textiles and Wallcovering and has been a member of the Institute since 1990.

Chris Dormody, Trade RDI, has been re-elected to the position of Chapter Treasurer. He is an Account Executive with Bentley Mills and has been a member of the Institute since 2022.
