On June 22 WD Partners hosted the Ohio Chapter for an Experiential Event at their office near Columbus. The event was sponsored by 3form, LightArt, Designtex, Groh Furniture, Panolam, and Tandus Centiva in addition to WD Partners. There was lively panel discussion about Omni-Channel with support from WD's latest white paper on the topic. Attendees took part in a live customer journey mapping session as they defined a branded customer experience together with the panel.
