The PNW Retail Design Institute hosted an inspiring evening at the Women Leaders in Design Panel Discussion, bringing together a dynamic group of professionals to celebrate and learn from influential women shaping the future of design. Attendees engaged in insightful discussions, gained valuable industry perspectives, and connected with peers passionate about leadership, creativity, and innovation in design.
Moderated by Tobi Wray, Owner & Founder of Design Well Spent, the panel featured three accomplished leaders: Gina Klem, Director of Workplace Design & Construction at Amazon; Kim Krech, Senior Design Strategist at Graphite Design Group; and Melissa Glenn, Associate Principal at Graham Baba Architects. They shared their journeys, challenges, and successes, offering thought-provoking insights on leadership, career growth, and the importance of fostering the next generation of designers.
